We do not maintain offices in every city we serve, and we would rather be straightforward about that than imply a physical presence we do not have. What we do instead is work the way distributed product teams already work: video calls, shared documentation, weekly demos, and scheduled on-site sessions when a workshop genuinely benefits from everyone being in one room.
In practice this means lower overhead in your project cost and access to a senior team regardless of which city you are in. For discovery workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions and major reviews, we travel. For everything else, distributed working has proven consistently effective — and it is how most of the software you use every day is built.
